September 2013

2013 BURNCO entered into the Texas market with the purchase of Gateway Concrete in the Dallas Fort Worth area.  Gateway Concrete had two plants, Justin and Krugerville, and 30 Mixer Trucks.

November 2014

BURNCO continues expansion in DFW by buying Image Concrete November 2014. The Irving plant has close to 30 employees. This ideal site is centrally located and close to the DFW airport.

March 2015

BURNCO opened its first Greenfield Sand and Gravel Operations March 2015, Branham Sand and Gravel has  7 employees with annual production 400,000 tons

April 2015

BURNCO opened its first Greenfield Ready Mix Concrete Plant April 2015.  Aledo Concrete Plant has 15 employees and services the Aledo/Weatherford and South Fort Worth area.

October 2015

BURNCO opened its second Greenfield Ready Mix Concrete Plant October 2015.  Anna Concrete Plant has 17 employees and services the North East Dallas area.

May 2016

BURNCO gets into the Concrete Pumping Business in May 2016 when BURNCO Rock Products transfer 3 Concrete Pumps from its Canadian operations Dallas Fort Worth.


BURNCO continues to grow in North Dallas purchasing land in Celina to build its sixth Ready Mix Concrete Plant in DFW.  This area will is located between our Krugerville and Anna plant locations and will be servicing the hottest growth market in North Texas.
